Direct Debit Request Service Agreement

Introduction

This is your Direct Debit Service Agreement with AudiOH! Pty Ltd, ABN 30 681 418 977. It explains your obligations when undertaking a Direct Debit arrangement with us. It also details our obligations to you as your Direct Debit provider.

Please keep this agreement for future reference. It forms part of the terms and conditions of your Direct Debit Request (DDR) and should be read in conjunction with your DDR.

Definitions

- account: the account held at your financial institution or your nominated debit or credit card, from which we are authorised to arrange for funds to be debited.
- agreement: this Direct Debit Request Service Agreement between you and us.
- banking day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday throughout Australia.
- debit day: the day that payment is due as stated on your AudiOH! invoice.
- debit payment: a transaction where funds are withdrawn automatically to make a payment.
- Direct Debit Request (DDR): the written or online authorisation for automatic debits.
- us/we: AudiOH! Pty Ltd.
- you: the customer who has authorised the DDR.
- your financial institution: the bank or provider managing your account.

Debiting Your Account

By submitting a DDR or valid instruction, you authorise us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account. On the due date that correlates with your selected subscription model as well as stated on both your invoice and the date listed on your account via our website, we will debit your account unless otherwise agreed. We provide you with an invoice beforehand, available via the email address used to create your AudiOH! online account.

If the debit day is not a banking day, we may debit the following banking day. If we've agreed to a Financial Hardship plan with you, we will debit only the agreed amount.

Amendments by Us

We may change details of this agreement or a DDR with at least 14 days' written notice.

Amendments by You

DDR changes or cancellations are processed within 3 business days. Changes submitted less than 3 days before the next debit may not take effect in time. You may make changes via the AudiOH! website, by calling us, or through your financial institution.

Your Obligations

You must ensure sufficient clear funds are available. If not:

- Your bank may charge fees or interest.
- You may incur additional fees from us.
- You must arrange alternate payment or ensure sufficient funds.

Always check your statements to confirm correct debits.

Disputes

Direct Debit Request Service Agreement

If you believe an error has occurred, contact us and confirm in writing. We will investigate:

- If a debit was incorrect, we will adjust your account.
- If not, we will provide an explanation and any supporting evidence.

You may also raise disputes with your financial institution.

Accounts

Ensure:
- Your account supports direct debit (not all do).
- Your details are accurate.
- You confirm any uncertainties with your financial institution.

Privacy

We protect your personal and account information. We may disclose it:

- To your bank (e.g., for disputes),
- As legally required,
- Under our Privacy Policy.

Notice

We may send notices by email or post:

- Email: considered received the next banking day.
- Post: considered received 3 banking days after mailing.
